Seattle Christian freshman Ginevra Saloy scored a fifth place finish in the state Class 1A girls golf tournament that took place this Tuesday and Wednesday.
Saloy shot rounds of 80 and 85 for a two-day total of 165.
Warriors teammate Winston Aso tied for 12th in the 1A boys tournament with an 87 and a 75 for a total of 162.
Aso is also a freshman.
Kennedy Catholic senior Anika Schau scored a 19th place finish in Class 4A girls action.
Schau shot an 87 and 81 to total 168.
Teammate Eva Rochex recorded a 99 on the first day to miss the cut for a second day and placement as a junior.
West Seattle seniors Milo Stover and Simon Vance found themselves in the same boat in Class 3A boys action.
Stover shot an 84 and Vance an 88 to miss their cut.
Highline senior Lynna Hoang missed the 2A girls cut with a 105 and Seattle Christian sophomore Natalie Finne missed in the 1A girls with her 116.
