Now in Design Review  and Early Design Guidance is a six unit townhome project at 2236 Alki Ave SW.

Intracorp Homes and Cone Architecture are partnering on the development which will be 6 townhomes, each with an attached garage. Construction could start as early as Summer 2025.

The site is currently occupied by an apartment building called the Saltaire.
