High winds that blew up from the south in the wake of a lighting storm on Saturday night striking the south end hard with parts of Gregory Heights number more than 6300 out since 4:32pm. Restoration was not expected until after 11pm. Outages also happened in SeaTac, Latona, Southern Heights and Boulevard Park with restoration expected between 6pm and 11pm.

Another 2,221 were out east and west of HWY 99 extending north up to South Seattle College along 15th and 16th SW. Restoration again was expected around 11pm.

The total number of customers affected was 26.541.
