#2024-276870/Southwest Precinct/First Watch:

At 6:51am Sunday Sept. 29, a female in a wheelchair (victim), her boyfriend (witness), and a third male (suspect) exited a metro coach in the 3800 block of Delridge WY SW.

The suspect attempted to take the wheelchair bound victim’s purse but was unable to do so.

The suspect then pulled her hair in an attempt to get her to let go of the purse. That also failed. Officers arrived on scene shortly after, located the suspect, and placed him into custody without incident.

He was later booked into KCJ. Robbery was notified.
