Kennedy Catholic continues its state Class 4A playoff journey with a 6 p.m. Friday home game against Gonzaga Prep of Spokane.
The Lancers enter the game at Highline Memorial with an overall record of 11-0.
Volleyball
Kennedy Catholic opens the Class 4A state tournament with a 9:45 a.m. Friday match against Mead of Spokane at the Yakima Valley Sun Dome.
The tournament runs through Saturday.
Boys basketball
Highline visits Kennedy Catholic for a 7 p.m. Tuesday season opener.
Ballard hosts Seattle Academy at 7:30 p.m. as Chief Sealth travels to Cleveland.
Mount Rainier plays an 8 p.m. Wednesday home game against Highline.
Girls basketball
Mount Rainier hosts Highline for a 6:30 p.m. Wednesday game and Chief Sealth drops in on Cleveland at 7:30 p.m.

Seahawks
Seattle entertains the Arizona Cardinals for a 1:25 p.m. Sunday game at Lumen Field.
The action will be carried on Channel 13.
Sounders
Seattle visits Los Angeles FC for a 7:30 p.m. Saturday playoff match on Apple TV+.
Kraken
Seattle goes to Los Angeles at 1 p.m. Saturday and Anaheim at 7 p.m. Monday before coming home to the Climate Pledge Arena for a 7 p.m. Wednesday rematch against Anaheim.
KONG will televise the games.
Thunderbirds
Lethbridge visits Seattle for 6:05 p.m. Saturday action at the Showare Center in Kent and Wenatchee comes there to play at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday.
Silvertips
Everett entertains Spokane at 7:05 p.m. Friday before visiting Kamloops at 6 p.m. Saturday and Kelowna at 4:05 p.m. Sunday.
The Silvertips come home to play Victoria at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday.
