This motion has been recommended by the System Expansion Committee.
Another significant item on the agenda is Motion No. M2025-15, which concerns approving an agreement to employ Sound Transit’s chief executive officer. According to the agenda, the materials related to this motion are forthcoming, and it will require a supermajority vote. This motion is based on the recommendation of the Executive Committee.

Routine matters will be addressed through the Consent Agenda, which includes the Voucher Certification for February 2025 and the minutes from the February 27, 2025 Board of Directors Meeting. The Board will take a single action to approve all items on the consent agenda.
The agenda also provides opportunities for public comment on the day’s agenda items. Members of the public can submit written comments electronically to meetingcomments@soundtransit.org.
