A female driver that was reportedly driving fast and narrowly missing other cars was involved in a motor vehicle incident on the West Seattle Bridge on Friday afternoon. 

Two cars were involved in the incident which took place near the 1st Ave on ramp to the West Seattle Bridge.

The female driver had to be extricated from the vehicle and suffered injuries serious enough that she was taken to Harborview Medical Center.

Andrew Mead, who supplied these photos to WestsideSeattle said. " Happened right in front of me and thank goodness my brakes work really well."
