But 87 homes are now back in service after what appeared to be a fix was in place based on the City Light System Status page online indicated it had failed again briefly.

The first outage may have in fact been part of the other but for now the first area affected is between Sylvan Way and Delridge Way and along Orchard Street in a rough arrow shape (see the image). Crews expect to have this resolved by 4 pm.
The other outage is along Dumar Way s.w. about a block away extending south to be parallel with s.w. Austin Street. A few more homes and a signal light are out on Delridge Way s.w. just south of s.w. Kenyon Street.
S.w. Orchard Street is currently closed.
City Light estimates a 3 pm repair time.
Meanwhile, high winds appear to have been the cause of another power outage in lower Queen Anne with 198 customers affected.
