DEA agents serve a federal warrant on the GAME Collective medical marijuana lounge in White Center on Nov. 15 as part of a larger raid of several Puget Sound dispensaries.
The GAME Collective medical marijuana dispensaries in West Seattle and White Center were raided by the DEA on Nov. 15 as part of a larger raid that targeted several Puget Sound dispensaries federal authorities were investigating for operating outside “the spirit of existing state law,” according to U.S. Attorney Jenny Durkan.
In the aftermath, ‘returns’ on those raids (a list of what was confiscated) are being published. In addition to the West Seattle and White Center dispensaries, a North Seattle GAME Collective, the owner’s home and employee vehicles were also searched.

From the GAME Collective ‘lounge’ in White Center at 9801 16th Ave S.W., the following was recorded:
-8 marijuana plants (live) w/root balls
-Misc. frozen items (containing THC) from kitchen stand alone freezer
-Undisclosed amount of US currency
-Misc. food items contained in plastic packaging – walk in fridge
-Bottled drinks containing THC
-Small clear plastic bag w/ suspected hashish
-One spiral notebook
-One Glock .40 cal. And magazine w/bullets*
-Dried marijuana from multiple jars behind bar area
-GAME telephone w/charger
-One white daily donation log
-Seven bottles of drink containing THC (behind bar)
-Misc. food items behind bar w/THC
-Three bottles of drink containing THC (behind bar in cooler)
-Two digital scales
-One plastic black film jar w/marijuana seeds
-One black thumb drive
-Misc. bongs from bar
-Memory stick from (redacted)’s camera
-Blue plastic container w/documents and papers
-One large “HSCC” containing packaging materials
-One external hard drive
*In an interview after the raid, GAME Collective owner Brionne Corbray said he never hired armed guards for his dispensaries, although he considered it after the West Seattle location was robbed over the summer. He explained the recovered Glock handgun as the permitted weapon of an employee who had a “threatening” exchange with someone in White Center a few days before the raid. Corbray said his employee brought the gun to work for personal protection.
From GAME Collective owner Brionne Corbray’s West Seattle home, the following items were recorded:
-Six marijuana plants – growing
-Three burlap bags of undetermined quantity of dried marijuana (Corbray said these were marijuana leaf clippings)
-Misc. documents of Mercedes Benz and one key/keyless entry
-One bundle of US currency – undetermined amount
-Two boxes of patient records
-Misc. documents of residency
-One jar with marijuana residue
-Misc. plastic bags
-Misc. documents with handwritten notes
-One red notebook w/ misc. documents
-One Apple desktop computer w/wireless keyboard
-One yellow file folder w/misc. documents
-Misc. documents and receipts w/promissory note
-One bundle of US currency – undetermined amount
