If you have a Twitter account you have a chance to get some direct answers (albeit at 140 characters per response) to your questions about the transit changes set to take place this coming September.

Metro is hosting a "Tweetup" today Friday, Feb. 24, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. to hear what people have to say about the proposed bus changes for September 2012.

Transit service planners will be on hand to answer questions and hear your feedback. Metro asks that if you participate, please use the hashtag #haveasay. If you have questions ahead of time you can tweet them ahead of time to @kcmetrobus.

For West Seattle the changes proposed are:

New routes: RapidRide C Line*, 20*, and 50
Changes to routing or frequency: 21, 21X*, 22*, 37*, 55*, 56X*, 57*, 60, 116X, 120, 125*, 128*, and 131
Replaced service: 23, 54, 54X, 56, and 85 Deleted route(s): 35, 51, 53, 133, and 134 Routes that would not change: 113
