The West Seattle Junction fixture Elliott Bay Brewery will add their third location, with its official opening taking place Monday reports the Washington Beer Blog (WSBB).

The new location joins the West Seattle and Burien locations and located at Elliott Bay Public House & Brewery
12537 Lake City Way NE.

The WSBB report notes importantly (should you venture beyond West Seattle) that the parking lot is behind the new location and adds that Bill Jenkins former head brewer at the Big Time Brewery in the U District will run the brewhouse. The report states that Warren Peterson a former sous chef and "Beer Czar" for Tom Douglas restaurants will be in the kitchen with Executive Chef, Kerry White still in charge of all three locations.
