SLIDESHOW: Carne Asada Bowl is a big bite of fun; Sealth wins game 2-0

Not surprisingly, coming off a division winning game against Nathan Hale and an undefeated season, the Sealth International High School Boys Soccer team took the cup and the bowl too at the annual Carne Asada Bowl game at Southwest Athletic Center Friday May 4. They beat the SBOC Internationals team 2 - 0.
The game created by former Principal John Boyd is a way to unite two communities that share much in common – many past and current Chief Sealth players have transitioned into high school through the BOC – and celebrate soccer as a diverse, worldwide sport.
The event features a game between the two teams, a giant trophy for the winning team, and a community feast including Carne Asada prepared by Sealth’s own Delfino Munoz and a myriad of sides prepared by Sealth soccer supporters including parents Dave and Nenita Rosario.
