Mondays & Fridays, 3 p.m. (minimum 6 participants needed). $35 in advance for 10 sessions or $5 per class. We start with standing movement to fun music, followed by basic balance work, then seated strength training using resistance bands (provided). We’ll move, breathe, relax and enjoy ourselves.
