The Southwest Historical Society is planning to publish a cookbook featuring recipes submitted by people from the greater Southwest Seattle area.
The official title is:
Apron Strings: Recipes and Recollections from West Seattle and the Duwamish Peninsula
Ideally they say, it will be a favorite of yours and you will be able to share a story about it with the society for inclusion in the book.
