Starting at 6:30 on Nov. 8, there will be a design review meeting for the 7-story, 88-unit apartment/retail proposal for the old Petco space at 4724 California Ave. S.W. That meeting will be followed up by a second early design review for the 6-story,370-unit proposal at the southwest corner of Fauntleroy and Alaska.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The proposal is for a new seven-story, structure containing 75 residential units and 13 live-work units above 4,722 sq. ft. of retail/office at ground level. Parking for 74 vehicles will be provided below grade. Existing structure to be demolished. Project also includes 35,100 cu. yds. of grading.
