The progress on the Roxhill playground "castle" project has been remarkable with a small army of volunteers busily making the new play equipment and fixtures a reality.
With the Tuesday deadline looming however, the need for volunteers to keep up the pace of construction is continuing say organizers.
If you'd like to take part in this unique community/city/business partnership head to the site as early as 8 am on Monday or Tuesday Nov. 5 or 6 and sign up. You can work as many or as few hours as you like but every bit of your effort will go a long way toward getting the project done.
The park is located at 9200 29th SW, across from Target in Westwood Village, and just off Barton Street SW.
