The complaints and comments about the new RapidRide C Line have been pretty steady since the new service was introduced and Metro says they've been listening and making adjustments over time, adding buses, and runs where necessary. Now you have a chance, in person to let them know what you think of the new service and how it might be improved.
They will will have Metro staff at northbound bus stops on Nov. 27 from 6:30am to 8:30am specifically to talk to riders.
Staff will be found at these stops:
- 35th Ave SW & SW Avalon Way
