Two females, one older one younger were in the house at 4543 SW Trenton when a fire broke out in a back room, forcing them into the cold early evening air, apparently without time to grab a coat. No one was hurt.
Two people had to get out of the house and into the very cold early evening air when a fire broke out in a room in the back of a house at 45th and Trenton around 4:15pm on Saturday, Jan. 12.
Firefighters responded and quickly got control of the fire which produced a lot of smoke. Firemen on the scene were not certain of the cause but an investigation is underway.
No one was hurt and the damage estimate is still to be determined.
