UPDATE: Caught in Burien
April 8, 2013 –Seattle police say the U.S. Marshals Pacific Northwest Fugitive Apprehension Task Force tracked down and arrested Hung Minh Pham in Burien.

The King County Sheriff's Office has a $1 million warrant out for Hung Minh Pham, believed to frequent the White Center area. He is reported to be homeless, according to KCSO Sgt. Cindi West.
KCSO information for 3/30/13:
His name is Hung Minh Pham
43 years of age
Asian Male
5’5” 155 lbs
Black hair and Brown eyes
He is known to carry a knife or ice pick.
He has a $1 million warrant for Arson 1 DV
He is also suspected of starting the fire in the abandoned house at 2413 S.W. Roxbury.
