Ex-boyfriend arrested in Delridge woman's stabbing

Seattle Police have arrested a man for suspicion of stabbing his ex-girlfriend several times on Delridge Way S.W. on the evening on April 13.
Det. Mark Jamieson with SPD shares the details from the Blotter:
Southwest Precinct officers responded to a stabbing at a residence in the 8400 Block of Delridge Way SW last night at 9:00 pm. The suspect was arrested.
Officers were dispatched to the reported stabbing and arrived quickly. They found that the victim had been stabbed several times and provided aid to her until Seattle Fire arrived where they treated her and then rushed her to Harborview Medical Center. The suspect, the victim’s ex-boyfriend, had fled on foot.
Officers immediately set up containment and a K-9 team responded for a track. However, the suspect returned to the the scene and was immediately arrested. The two young children in the apartment were unharmed and a family member is now caring for them. The suspect was later booked into the King County Jail.
