Photographer and Videographer David Rosen was up early on April 23 to capture the sunrise in Seattle from Hamilton Viewpoint. Rosen was there from 5:40am to 6:30am.

Temperatures were forecast to reach 70 degrees for the first time in 2013.

For those interested, this isn't traditional time-lapse in which a photo is taken at intervals and then played back at normal speed. This was shot with a Canon XH-A1 video camera and the footage was later sped up using Final Cut editing software. Some was rendered 2500% faster and the rest at 150%.
