Bee Festival Picnic and Parade

Sun., May 19, 11-3 p.m. The High Point Neighborhood Association is hosting a celebratory picnic and parade in honor of the opening of the West Seattle Bee and Pollination Garden. The Sound Wave Marching Band is leading the parade, which will involve bringing the beehives to their new home and there will be bees and flowers on stilts. Students from all local schools are invited to participate in the parade. For the picnic there will be games, music, food, craft projects, education and fun.
