Seattle police are searching for a man known only as "Lazarus" for allegedly stabbing a male victim several times at a transient camp underneath the Delridge Way S.W. off-ramp in West Seattle shortly after 2 a.m. on Aug. 16.
The victim told police he was sleeping in the camp when he woke up to being stabbed by the suspect while another man stood by and watched. The victim said he had seen both men in the past (and knew Lazarus by his first name).
Despite being stabbed several times in the torso, head and hands, police said the victim's injuries were not life threatening. He was transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
Police did not mention a motivation for the attack.
