78 apartments including a mix of studio, one and two bedroom units and two live work units are planned to be built just northeast of the Junction. A third design review for Junction Flats is planned at the West Seattle Senior Center Jan. 16.
The apartment building boom in West Seattle continues as Junction Flats, a four story, 78 unit apartment complex that has already passed two design reviews is up for the third time, Jan. 16 at the West Seattle Senior Center at 8pm.
Designed by NK Architects, the building will contain studio, one, and two bedroom apartments plus two work-live units. It is planned to be built at 4433 42nd S.W. Parking for 52 vehicles will be provided below grade.
The financial backer is BCK Investments. The gross square foot total is 55,000 sq. ft. and it is being built at a cost of $11.5 million. It's expected to be complete in the summer of 2015.
