The Barton Street P-Patch held its annual Fall Harvest Festival on Oct. 4 and celebrated the completion of a new mosaic mural that formally decorates the prep counter with their name. The pieces were all made my students at Roxhill Elementary School and Explorer West. From left are Kate Farley, Karen Farnsworth, Kris Hamar and Keith Brewer.
The Barton Street P-Patchers held their annual Harvest Festival Oct. 4 and dedicated a new and community built part of the garden. A mosaic tile mural stating their name was cut and assembled (with some adult supervision) by kindergarten students at Roxhill Elementary School and students at Explorer West. It was built on boards then brought to the garden and assembled in place.
The P-Patchers held their festival with the usual assortment of fresh pizzas baked on site plus pies, and lots of other goodies many grown right there.
