Roger, 94, former Denny Middle School (1954-1957) and West Seattle High School (1957-1967) science teacher, passed away March 15, 2015. Born in Seattle, WA, Roger grew up in Ballard and graduated from Ballard High School in 1939. He served as a First Lieutenant in the Army Signal Corp in North Africa and Italy during WWII. He was a Ham Radio Operator W7HPQ from 1939 til his death.
He was a longtime member of Holy Rosary Church.
