190 customers were without power on Saturday Aug. 29 as a powerful storm blew in bringing winds up to 50 mph.

Power went out for around 190 City Light customers near Alki Point around 12:25pm on Saturday, as strong winds buffeted the area knocking out power for many more in North Seattle.
No exact cause was stated by City Light as it was still under investigation. No time for restoration has been determined.
All over the peninsula, branches were downed with debris littering roads across the area.
