A Land Use Application has been filed with The Seattle Department of Construction and Inspection to allow a 4-story apartment building containing 56 residential units and 4 live-work units with retail at street level at 4800 40th Ave SW. Parking for 44 vehicles would be provided below grade. The existing structure would be demolished. The project is being designed by the Clark Design Group LLC and is owned and will be built by Braseth Construction.
A Environmental Determination (This project is subject to the Optional DNS Process (WAC 197-11-355) and Early DNS Process (SMC 25.05.355). This comment period may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of this proposal.
