The Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections has announced an Administrative Design Review for a 4-story, 26 small efficiency dwelling unit apartment building above general sales and service at 9037 35th Avenue SW. Parking for 6 vehicles proposed. Existing building wil be demolished.
The property is owned by Quang/Jewel Vuong. It is being designed by JWA Architects of Seattle.
Parking for 6 vehicles for 26 units is absolutely ludicrous. Not everyone will take transit and the light rail won't be in this neighborhood anyway. Why can't they be required to build underground adequate parking?
