A power outage part of which began on Sept. 23 as high winds whipped the area and another new one that began this morning left 792 City Light customers without electricity near the Highland Park neighborhood.

The outage stretched from 17th SW on the west, to 5th Ave South on the east, and from SW Thistle on the north (with other pocket outages further north) to Roxbury Street SW on the South. 

Restoration is expected by 2pm.
