The northbound SR99 ramp from the West Seattle Bridge will reopen by 5 a.m. Tuesday according to Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT).
The ramp closed on May 2 after a 5-by-4-foot hole developed in the road deck. WSDOT estimated at the time it would take 10 days to repair. But the agency said on Monday they were able to effect repairs much sooner.
A test that determines the new concrete has cured enough handle traffic was conducted and it was determined it is safe.
