URBANIST: Mosqueda urging Sound Transit board to alter link light rail route in Delridge

In a story on The Urbanist.org on April 12 writer Ryan Packer wrote that King County Councilmember Teresa Mosqueda is asking Sound Transit to make modifications for the planned Delridge route and station.

While the route decisions won't be fully known until Sound Transit releases the final Environmental Impact Statement this summer, the plan in the Draft will force some notable businesses to move or just close.

Sound Transit began the property acquisition process last month and on their list are the Skylark Cafe/Club, Mode Music Studios (and perfomance space), Alki Beach Academy, Ounces Taproom and the swimming pool section of the West Seattle Health Club.
