Woodland Park Zoo is welcoming guests back to the meadow this summer for the 39th annual ZooTunes concert season.
This year features a legendary lineup of musical icons including Indigo Girls with Neko Case, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Tegan and Sara, Japanese Breakfast, Patti Smith and more.
Concert tickets will be on sale starting March 3 at 10:00 a.m. and will be available online only; tickets will not be sold at zoo gates. Tickets do not include admission to the zoo.
ZooTunes is a key fundraising event for Woodland Park Zoo with proceeds going to support the zoo’s exemplary animal care, both local and global wildlife conservation programs and critically important education programs.

Gates will open at 4:30 p.m. and concerts begin at 6:00 p.m. Concerts will go on, rain or shine—there will be no refunds or exchanges. Guests are encouraged to check their tickets for the concert’s exact start times.

ZooTunes is held outdoors on Woodland Park Zoo’s picturesque North Meadow. Enter through the West Entrance at Phinney Ave. N. between N. 55th & N. 56th St.

Woodland Park Zoo makes it a priority to ensure a safe and fun environment for ZooTunes guests:
- Children 3 years of age and older will require their own full-priced, paid ticket to enter ZooTunes. Children 2 years of age and under are free provided they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
- Outside food is allowed. Must be in non-glass containers. Allowed: Non-alcoholic, sealed beverages in original containers (i.e,: sparkling water, sodas etc.)
- Bag check: Clear bags are recommended to expedite the entry process. All bags, including soft sided coolers, may be no larger than 16 inches in any direction. Allowable bags include purses, diaper bags, tote bags, picnic baskets, small backpacks, soft sided coolers. Prohibited bags include hard sided coolers, duffel bags, large hiking/camping backpacks, luggage.
- The following items are prohibited: outside alcohol, balloons, barbecues, balls, weapons, radios, skates, skateboards, bicycles, flying discs, scooters, straws or lids.
