Kiersten Weiler of Olympic set a new Greater Seattle Summer Swim League record at Tuesday's final All-City meet held at the Blue Ridge pool in Seattle, taking the age 15-18 girls 50-yard backstroke in a time of 26.31 seconds.
Weiler also won the 15-18 girls 50 butterfly with a 25.80 effort.
Leo Benevedes of Gregory Seahurst also emerged as a double winner competing in the boys 13-14 age group.
He took the 100 individual medley in a time of 56.78 and the 50 breaststroke in 29.39.
Gregory Seahurst also won two boys age 13-14 relays, capturing the 200 medley title in 1:48.39 and the 200 freestyle crown in 1:37.92.
Jack McGrath of Olympic View won the boys 15-18 50 free in 21.77 and teammate Avery Stender won the girls 8 and under 25 back in 19.71.
Sophia Karthauser of Gregory Seahurst won the girls 9-10 100 IM with a 1:09.26 clocking and teammate Dylan Carr took the boys 13-14 50 back title in 26.71.
Hope M. Felner won the girls 13-14 100 free for Normandy Park in 53.52.
Olympic View took seventh as a team with 114 points just ahead of the 94 of Gregory Seahurst.
Normandy Park took 10th with 75, Marine Hills 15th with 49 and Arbor Heights 16th with 30.
Seattle's Sand Point won the meet with 424.5 points and Kent placed second with 269.5.

Kiersten is my niece. Her sister Hailey and her swim 6 days a week waking up at 6am some days to swim before school. These kids who make it to All City work so hard and should be commended and I think it's also very important to support Westside Seattle who works hard to get us the local news. I used to deliver papers for Highline Times and have a real respect for these people.
