Conditioned - Determination of Non-Significance (no environmental impact statement required). Environmental review completed and project conditioned as applicable. This DNS is issued using the optional DNS process in WAC 197.11.355 and SMC 25.05.355. Only flaw to this is only five parking spots for 25 units. Not efficient at all. That means having the other 20 cars taking up parking for the residents and not having any parking for the residents in the homes near by.
