Colleges
Football
It was announced Sunday that the University of Washington will be playing Brigham Young University at the Fight Hunger Bowl in San Francisco with a 6:30 p.m. start on Friday, Dec. 27.
The Washington State University Cougars, meanwhile, are going to Albuquerque to play Colorado State in the New Mexico Bowl at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21.
Men's basketball
The University of Washington men will be at home playing Idaho State in 1 p.m. Saturday action that can be seen on the Pac-12 cable network.
Washington State University is home in Pullman playing Pepperdine at 5 p.m. Sunday in a game that will also be televised on Pac-12 and Seattle University will be at home against Pacific Lutheran at 2 p.m. Sunday.
Gonzaga, meanwhile, goes to West Virginia for 6 p.m. action on ESPN this Tuesday before coming to Key Arena in Seattle to play Southern Alabama at 7 p.m. Saturday on ROOT Sports.
Women's basketball
Friday the University of Washington women will be at home against Wisconsin in a game that can be seen on the Pac-12 network before hosting Montana State at 2 p.m. Sunday.
Washington State University goes to Dayton for an 11 a.m. game Sunday and Seattle University is home against Montana State at 2 p.m. Saturday.
Seattle Pacific University is at home at the Royal Brougham Pavilion taking on Warner Pacific at 7 p.m. Saturday.
The Gonzaga women go to Wisconsin for 5 p.m. action Tuesday before visiting Stanford at 1 p.m. Saturday in a game on the Pac-12 network.

Seahawks
The Seattle Seahawks travel across the country to New York to take on the Giants at 10 a.m. Sunday. The National Football League game can be seen on KCPQ Channel 13.
Thunderbirds
Seattle goes to the Tri Cities in Eastern Washington to play the Americans in 7:05 p.m. Western Hockey League action Tuesday before coming home to the Showare Center in Kent to play the Portland Winterhawks at 7:35 p.m. Friday. The Thunderbirds turn around to visit Portland for a 7 p.m. match Saturday.
High schools
Boys basketball
Monday's schedule has Olympic at Evergreen and Highline at South Kitsap for 7 p.m. games, then Mount Rainier hosts Kentlake for 7:30 p.m. Tuesday action.
Seamount League action opens Wednesday, with Kennedy Catholic at Highline, Lindbergh at Foster, Tyee at Renton and Evergreen at Hazen for 7 p.m. games.
Foster goes to Kennedy for a 6:15 p.m. game Friday as Highline travels to Tyee and Evergreen hosts Lindbergh.
Mount Rainier pays a visit to Kennedy for a 2 p.m. non-league game Saturday.
Girls basketball
Highline is at Decatur and Foss at Tyee for 7 p.m. Monday games, with the Seamount League season getting underway Wednesday.
Highline is at Kennedy Catholic that night as Evergreen entertains Hazen and Tyee hosts Renton at 7 p.m. Foster is at Lindbergh.
Friday's schedule has the girls games starting at 8 p.m. with Foster at JFK, Highline at Tyee and Lindbergh at Evergreen.
Mount Rainier, meanwhile, is at Kentlake for 7:30 p.m. South Puget Sound League North Division action Tuesday before hosting Mount Tahoma at 7:30 p.m. Friday. The Lady Rams play Lynnwood at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Highline High School.
Wrestling
Mount Rainier visits Kentlake for a 7:30 p.m. match on Wednesday before going to the Decatur Invitational at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Seamount League action is at 7 p.m. Thursday when Evergreen and Tyee are at Kennedy Catholic and Foster at Highline.
Gymnastics
Kennedy and Renton are at Tyee for a 7 p.m. meet Tuesday as Highline travels to Lindbergh.
Mount Rainier goes to the Auburn Gym Center to meet Bonney Lake, Sumner and Kentwood at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Boys swimming
The Evergreen, Highline and Tyee co-op squad travels to Mount Rainier for a 3:30 p.m. non-league meet Tuesday before Highline hosts Evergreen and Tyee in the Evergreen pool at 3 p.m. Thursday.
