Boys basketball
Evergreen plays a 7 p.m. game at Foster Wednesday as Kennedy Catholic entertains Lindbergh and Highline hosts Hazen. Tyee is at Renton at the same time.
Seattle Lutheran will be at home playing Cedar Park Christian at 7:30 p.m. Thursday.
Friday's schedule has West Seattle at home against Ingraham and Chief Sealth home against Ballard at 8 p.m.
Highline is at Evergreen at 7 p.m. as JFK visits Tyee and Foster goes to Lindbergh.
Mount Rainier is at Decatur at the same time as Seattle Christian travels to Overlake and Shorewood Christian to Neah Bay.
Mount Rainier visits Liberty at 4 p.m. Saturday and Seattle Lutheran travels to Darrington for a 6 p.m. game.
Seattle Lutheran turns around to host Tacoma Baptist at 6 p.m. Monday and Foster is at Seattle Christian at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Girls basketball
Evergreen pays a 7 p.m. visit to Foster Wednesday, with Tyee hosting Renton, Kennedy going to Lindbergh and Highline to Hazen.
West Seattle travels to Lakeside and Chief Sealth to Rainier Beach at 7:30 p.m.
Seattle Lutheran is at home playing Cedar Park Christian at 6 p.m. Thursday.
Chief Sealth hosts Ballard and West Seattle entertains Ingraham at 6:30 p.m. that day, with Shorewood Christian going to Neah Bay for a 5 p.m. game and Mount Rainier hosting Decatur at 7 p.m.
Also at 7 p.m., Evergreen is at Highline, Tyee at Kennedy and Foster at home against Lindbergh.
Seattle Lutheran goes to Darrington for a 4:30 p.m. game Saturday and Monday's schedule has Tacoma Baptist at Seattle Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. and Evergreen at Auburn at 7 p.m.
Foster visits Seattle Christian at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Wrestling
Highline goes to Fife for 7 p.m. action Wednesday and Mount Rainier travels to Kentwood at 7:30 p.m.
Kennedy participates in the Franklin Pierce tournament starting at 5 p.m.
Highline and Tyee are at Evergreen for 7 p.m. action Thursday as Renton visits Foster and Kennedy hosts Lindbergh.
West Seattle travels to Ballard and Chief Sealth to Blanchet at 6 p.m.
Foster competes in the Tumwater Invitational and Mount Rainier in the Lindbergh Invitational at 9 a.m. Saturday.
Gymnastics
Mount Rainier is at Todd Beamer with Decatur for a 7 p.m. meet Wednesday and West Seattle goes to Bainbridge with Holy Names at 6 p.m. Friday.
Boys swimming
Kennedy Catholic visits Hazen for a 3 p.m. meet Thursday and Mount Rainier hosts Thomas Jefferson at 3:30 p.m.
Friday the combined Chief Sealth/West Seattle team is at Eastside Catholic for a 3:30 p.m. meet Friday.
Pros and colleges
Seahawks
Seattle plays a pivotal 5:30 p.m. game at Arizona on Sunday.
If they win they will tie Arizona in the NFC West standings and earn the tiebreaker against the Cardinals based on what would be a 2-0 head-to-head record.
If Seattle loses Arizona gets the title outright and the Seahawks would fall into a three-way battle for two available wild card berths.
Channel 5 will show Sunday's action live and it can be heard on 710 AM.
Thunderbirds
Seattle is off until Saturday, Dec. 27 when it hosts the Portland Winterhawks for 7:05 p.m. action at Showare Center in Kent.
Husky men
The University of Washington men's basketball team hosts Grambling for an 8 p.m. game Wednesday before visiting Oklahoma at 6 p.m. Saturday and hosting Tulane at 8 p.m. Monday.
Wednesday's and Monday's action can be seen on the Pac-12 network and Saturday's on ESPNU.
Husky women
The UW goes to San Diego State for a 6 p.m. game Thursday and drops in on UC Riverside at 5 p.m. Saturday.
Cougar men
Washington State University hosts San Jose State at 4 p.m. Sunday in Pullman on the Pac-12 network.
Cougar women
WSU gets a 1 p.m. visit from Montana State in Pullman Saturday before visiting Loyola Marymount at 2 p.m. Monday.
Redhawks men
Seattle University visits Minnesota at 5 p.m. Friday and hosts Sacramento State at 7 p.m. Sunday.
The Big Ten cable network will show Friday's action.
Redhawks women
Seattle University hosts Montana at 2 p.m. Wednesday and Idaho State at 1 p.m. Sunday.
Gonzaga men
The Bulldogs host Cal Poly for 7 p.m. action in Seattle's Key Arena Saturday that can be seen on the ROOT cable network.

Southern Utah visits the Lady Bulldogs at 2 p.m. Saturday.
