High schools
Girls soccer
West Seattle and Chief Sealth will be joined by Vashon for a jamboree at the Southwest Athletic Complex starting at 3 p.m. Thursday.
The Highline Schools Jamboree involving Highline, Evergreen, Tyee and Mount Rainier starts at 10 a.m. Saturday at Highline Memorial and Mount Rainier plays its first full game at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Rogers.
Football
Highline Memorial will host a double-header Friday, with Rainier Beach playing Kennedy Catholic at 5 p.m. followed by an 8 p.m. game between Tahoma and Mount Rainier.
At 7 p.m. West Seattle is home at the Southwest Athletic Complex as Foster travels to Interlake, Evergreen to Nathan Hale and Highline to Ingraham.
Seattle Lutheran entertains Mary Knight at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at West Seattle Stadium and Chief Sealth meets Garfield at 7 p.m. at the Southeast Athletic Complex next to Rainier Beach.
Boys tennis
Mount Rainier visits Thomas Jefferson for a 3:30 p.m. opener Tuesday.
Golf
The Mount Rainier girls host Kentwood at 3:15 p.m. Tuesday as the boys travel to Kentwood.
Pros
Seahawks
Seattle hosts the Oakland Raiders for a 7 p.m. preseason game at CenturyLink Field on Thursday that will be televised on Channel 13 and can be heard on 710 AM.
Mariners
Seattle is in Houston for a 5:10 p.m. game Wednesday before going to Oakland to play the A's at 7:07 p.m. Friday, 6:05 p.m. Saturday and 1:07 p.m. Sunday.
The Mariners come home to Safeco Field to play Chief Sealth graduate Keone Kela and the Texas Rangers at 3:40 p.m. Monday and 7:10 p.m. Tuesday.
Seattle games can be seen on ROOT Sports cable television and heard on 710 AM.
Rainiers
Tacoma is in Salt Lake for 6:05 p.m. Pacific Coast League baseball action Wednesday and Thursday before visiting Las Vegas at 7:05 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday and 12:05 p.m. Monday.
Monday marks the end of the regular season.
Rainiers games can be heard on 850 AM and seen on MiLB cable.
Storm
Seattle hosts the Tulsa Shock for a 7 p.m. game at KeyArena on Thursday before visiting Chicago at 3 p.m. Sunday.
Sounders
Seattle entertains Toronto at 7 p.m. Saturday at CenturyLink Field.
Reign
The Seattle Reign women's soccer team visits Washington, D.C. at 4 p.m. Saturday.
College
Huskies
The University of Washington opens its football season with a 7:15 p.m. visit to Boise State on Friday.
Cougars
Washington State University plays an 11 a.m. opener Saturday at home in Pullman against Portland State.
