For the fourth year running Credo Pizzeria in the West Seattle Junction has topped Trip Advisor's list of "Highest-rated restaurants in Seattle" according to the website STACKER.

Credo has been the focus of attention nationally before. In March of this year it was named as the best pizza in Washington State on MSN. In 2018 Credo and chef Jacques Nawar were featured on Guy Fieri's Food Network show, "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives"

The list is as eclectic as you might imagine with high end fine dining restaurant Canlis coming in at #29. They arrived at the number after 1,202 reviews.

Ballard's Chinook's made the list at #26 based on 603 reviews.

Fremont Brewing, after 192 reviews ranked at #4.

We stopped by Pizzeria Credo for dinner while visiting Seattle for a few days. The restaurant was amazingly clean and had a calm ambiance that was much enjoyed after spending time in the chaos of downtown Seattle. We ordered the Credo salad, a margherita pizza.

Our favorite go-to for superb food, ambiance and friendly host

Tucked into the heart of the thriving West Seattle Junction is this gem of a spot, where delicious Italian fare is created by Frenchman and famed chef Jacques Nawar, who makes regular rounds to personally connect with his guests. The ambiance is relaxed and lovely, the air infused with delicious aromas of Neopolitan pizza fresh from the unique and beautiful wood fire stove. My favorites are the sous vide pork and chicken dishes, though I also highly recommend the pizzas, gourmet fresh pasta dishes (I’m working my way through them all), beautiful salads, ragu meat balls, and of course the signature seasoned dipping oil served with theatrical flourish. All of this topped with the welcoming warmth and graciousness of the proud proprietor/chef."
