The much loved and well known owner of Full Tilt Ice Cream has died. He suffered a heart attack in February and remained in hospital until Saturday.

Pedro Garcia, 32, of Burien was charged by the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office on Tuesday, Feb. 27, in connection with a fatal collision that occurred on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024.
