Members of Blue Thunder, girls under the age of 7 made faces for the camera after their regular team photo was taken during Picture Day at Hamilton View Park for the West Seattle Soccer Club.
Saturday Sept. 24 was picture day for the West Seattle Soccer Club and the annual event (today was for only half the league) was staged by Legends Sports Photography a Federal Way firm that specializes in team sport photos (but also offers other services).
Capturing both individuals and teams with the skyline of the City of Seattle as a background made for some memorable photos as the kids lined up, and parents and coaches prepared them to look their best by tucking in shirts, and putting on their best smiles.
It was also an occasion for looking silly on camera as the photographer kept the kids in good spirits.
