press release
The next major road closure associated with the Spokane Street Viaduct Widening Project will be a full closure of the westbound lanes of the viaduct between I-5 and SR 99 from Saturday, June 9, 6 p.m. until Monday, June 11, at 5 a.m. (The Saturday closure start time is delayed in order to accommodate traffic coming from events earlier that day at both Safeco and Century Link Fields.)
It should also be noted that the previously closed eastbound off-ramp at Fourth Avenue S has reopened, while the eastbound off-ramp at First Avenue S has been closed. The First Avenue ramp will reopen in mid-June.
