Afternoon Exercise Class
Mondays & Fridays, 3 p.m. (minimum 6 participants needed). $35 in advance for 10 sessions or $5 per class. We start with standing movement to fun music, followed by basic balance work, then seated strength training using resistance bands (provided). We’ll move, breathe, relax and enjoy ourselves.

The Senior Center needs volunteer instructors to teach the AARP Defensive Driving Classes. Training takes 2 days, is taught in Everett and/or Gig Harbor. Expenses are reimbursed by AARP. You will need to teach 3 or more classes a year. Call Marge Lutton 206-322-0490 for more information.
