Federal Way musician Hank Witherspoon, 68, is totally engaged playing his saxophone as he practices for his afternoon session as part of Two Scoops Combo, playing next to the Burien Farmer’s Market on May 30. Witherspoon grew up in Michigan and moved to the northwest in 1968 after serving in Vietnam. He said he’s loved music “almost all of his life.”
