Football

The Seattle Christian/Life Christian combined team visits Cedar Park Christian for a 7 p.m. game on Thursday.

Highline Memorial will host a football double-header this coming Friday.

Highline will do battle against the Kennedy Catholic Lancers at 5 p.m. followed by an 8 p.m. game with Mount Rainier at home playing Kent-Meridian.

Foster goes to Renton Stadium to play the Hazen Highlanders at 7 p.m.

Evergreen is scheduled to be at home against Renton in a 1 p.m. game at Highline Memorial on Saturday.

Girls soccer

Two Seamount League soccer games will be played at once Tuesday at the Valley Ridge complex located next to Tyee High School.

Kennedy will play Evergreen on one pitch at 3:30 p.m. as Tyee hosts Lindbergh on the other.

Foster and Highline, meanwhile, will be playing in a twin bill at Renton Stadium.

Foster visits Hazen at 5:30 p.m. and Highline goes up against Renton at 7:30 p.m.

Over in the South Puget Sound League North Division, Mount Rainier will play a 7:30 p.m. home match against Tahoma.

Evergreen visits Highline for a 5:30 p.m. match at Highline Memorial this coming Thursday and Kennedy will be at home against Tyee at 6 p.m. at the Starfire complex in Tukwila.

Foster hosts Renton for a 7:30 p.m. match that day.

Mount Rainier is at French Field playing Kent-Meridian at 3:30 p.m.

Volleyball

Evergreen plays host to Highline for a 7 p.m. match on Tuesday as Tyee entertains Kennedy Catholic and Foster goes on the road to Renton.

Mount Rainier visits Kentridge at 7:15 p.m. in the SPSL North.

Tyee gets a 7 p.m. visit from Evergreen on Thursday and Highline hosts Foster at the same time. Kennedy will be home playing Hazen.

Mount Rainier will be at home playing Thomas Jefferson at 7:15 p.m.

Girls swimming

Mount Rainier will be a leading contender at the South Puget Sound League meet to be held at Rogers High School on Puyallup's South Hill this coming Saturday.

The University of Washington Huskies will be at home playing the California Bears this coming Saturday as Washington State University gets a bye.

Seattle's 6-1 Seahawks return to action Sunday, Oct. 27, visiting the St. Louis Rams for a 5:40 p.m. game.

Sounders

Seattle hosts the Galaxy for a 6 p.m. match at CenturyLink Field next Sunday, Oct. 27 that can be seen on ESPN.

Thunderbirds

The Seattle Thunderbirds visit the Tri-City Americans for 7:05 p.m. Western Hockey League action Friday before coming home to Showare Center in Kent to play Vancouver at the same time Saturday.
