Motion is to approve for payment vouchers and payroll transfers included in the
attached list and further described as follows:
Claim Checks: $1,923,555.96
Payroll Fund Transfers: $886,462.98
Total Certified Wire Transfers, Voids, A/P and Payroll Vouchers: $2,810,018.94

Item 2: ARTS COMMISSION APPOINTMENTS
Motion is to confirm the Mayoral appointments of Collette Deardorff and Chris
Lewandowski to the Des Moines Arts Commission effective January 1, 2014 which
will expire on December 31, 2016.

Item 3: INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE MUNICIPAL COURT SERVICES FOR
THE CITY OF NORMANDY PARK
Motion is to approve the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Normandy Park
and the City of Des Moines for Municipal Court services and facilities and to
authorize the City Manager to sign the Agreement substantially in the form as
submitted.
