Collier returns for Husky women
Seattle Christian graduate Katie Collier is back for her redshirt junior season with the University of Washington women's basketball team.
Collier is a 6-foot, 3-inch forward/center for the Huskies.
Federal Way grad also back
Federal Way High School graduate Talia Walton returns as a redshirt senior with the University of Washington women's basketball squad.
Walton is a 6-2 forward.
McPherson shines for Vikings
Kennedy graduate Jennica McPherson continues to stand out for the Western Washington University women's volleyball team.
McPherson came through with 13 digs for the Vikings in a 3-0 victory over Concordia of Oregon on Saturday and had six kills, two blocks and 14 digs in a 3-1 win over Western Oregon on Thursday.
Sawatzky coaching Stars
Darren Sawatzky, a Thomas Jefferson graduate, is now the head coach for the Tacoma Stars indoor soccer team.
