Little League
District 7 tournaments
The age 8-10 District 7 all-star baseball tournament at Bar-S fields in West Seattle continues this week, with loser's bracket action set for 6 p.m. Wednesday followed by the loser's bracket final at the same time Thursday.
The first championship is at 6 p.m. Friday followed by any if-necessary game at 12 p.m. Saturday.
The Majors age 10-12 tournament starts at the same complex Saturday.
PacWest meets Rainier at 9 a.m. and West Seattle plays Seattle Central at 12 p.m., with South Highline National awaiting the winner of the first game at 9 a.m. Sunday and Renton awaiting the winner of the second at 12 p.m.
Loser's bracket games follow at 6 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. Tuesday, with the winners of those games meeting at 6 p.m. next Thursday.
The winners bracket final featuring Sunday's winner is at 6 p.m. next Wednesday, with the loser playing Thursday's winner in the loser's bracket final at 6 p.m. next Friday.
The first championship is at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 8 and the if-necessary game at the same time Sunday, July 9.
PacWest in Burien is hosting the age 9-11 all-star tournament starting Thursday.
South Highline National meets Seattle Central on one diamond and South Highline American plays Pac-West on the other at 6 p.m.
West Seattle meets Rainier at 6 p.m. Friday as Renton plays Southwest on the other diamond.
Winners play at 3 p.m. Saturday with losers games at 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. that day The winner's bracket final is at 3 p.m. Sunday with loser's games at 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. that day. Another loser's game is at 6 p.m. Monday with the loser's bracket final at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

The Bears visit the Northwest Blaze at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Bremerton High School before dropping in on Pippins at 7:05 p.m. Friday at the Yakima Fair Grounds.
Highline hosts the Kent Bulldogs at 7:05 p.m. Saturday at Mel Olson Stadium at Steve Cox Memorial Park in White Center before visiting the same team at 10 a.m. Sunday at Bonney Lake High School.
The Bears visit Laces at 5:30 p.m. Monday at Marysville High School.

Seattle hosts the Philadelphia Phillies for a 12:40 p.m. game at Safeco Field Wednesday before going to Anaheim to play the Los Angeles Angels at 7:07 p.m. Friday and Saturday and at 12:37 p.m. Sunday.
The Mariners come home again to play the Kansas City Royals at 7:10 p.m. Monday and 3:40 p.m. Tuesday.
All Mariners games can be seen on ROOT Sports cable television.

Seattle visits San Jose for a 7:30 p.m. US Open Cup match Wednesday before dropping in on Colorado at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Tuesday's game can be seen on Channel 13.

Seattle goes to Connecticut for 5 p.m. action Thursday and to Dallas at 5 p.m. Saturday.
Thursday's action will be televised on ESPN2.

Seattle's pro women's soccer team hosts Chicago at 7:30 pm. Wednesday at Seattle Memorial and Portland at the same time and place Saturday.
Rainiers
Tacoma entertains Las Vegas at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Cheney Stadium before hosting Albuquerque at 7:05 p.m. Friday and Saturday, at 1:35 p.m. Sunday and at 7:05 p.m. Monday -- which includes an annual fireworks show.
The Rainiers visit Reno for 6:35 p.m. action Tuesday.
AquaSox
Everett hosts Vancouver at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday at Everett Memorial before visiting Hillsboro Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
The AquaSox come home to play Tri-Cities at 7:05 p.m. Tuesday.
Emerald Downs
The Auburn oval is open for horse racing action at 6:30 p.m. Friday, 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and 5 p.m. Monday.
