Metro League tournament
Chief Sealth hosted the Metro League tournament Saturday and now will host the Sea-King District tournament this coming Thursday through Saturday.
At the league tournament the Seahawks took a 3-1 loss to Blanchet in the only game they had to play but still advance into the district tournament.
West Seattle, on the other hand, lost its first two matches but recovered to win its third and final match.
The Wildcats lost to Eastside Catholic by a 3-0 score and fell to Holy Names by the same 3-0 margin before defeating Ingraham, 3-0.

Lakeside 41, West Seattle 14
West Seattle lost by a mirror image 41-14 score to Lakeside in a crossover game at Seattle Memorial Stadium this past Saturday.
It was the first game of a double-header that featured Chief Sealth and Blanchet in a playoff in the first game.
Seattle Lutheran 42, Manson 35
Seattle Lutheran won a wild regular season finale over Manson this past Saturday, and now the Saints go on to play at Tacoma Baptist at 7 p.m. this coming Friday.
