Seattle Police Reports that on Monday morning at approximately 8:45 a.m., a jogger discovered the body of a dead man along the beach shoreline at Golden Gardens Park.

Out of an abundance of caution, Homicide Detectives responded to the scene.

There were no signs of trauma or foul play.

The King County Medical Examiner responded and took custody of the decedent. This is an open and active investigation.
